Bosch Universal Cookie Paddles with Metal Whip Holder

Have you ever bent your wire whips or wire whisks on your Bosch? Universal cookie paddles are for use with Bosch Universal Kitchen Machines. Mix tough loads of dough with heavy duty cookie paddles. Any heavy doughs, many cakes, and most cookies should be prepared using the Universal Cookie Paddles or the Dough Hook. TIP: Lubricate the plastic gears on the cookie paddles with shortening with each use to avoid overheating of the plastic when mixing for extended times. NOTE: You will bend or break your wire whips or whisks if you use them to whip solid butter, stiff dough, partially cooked potatoes, or anything with this type of consistency. The Bosch motor is so strong the whip wires bend if the resistance is too strong. The universal cookie paddles are designed for this. The Bosch Universal Plus comes with a white plastic whip holder. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE PLASTIC WHIP HOLDER BE REPLACED WITH A METAL WHIP HOLDER- PART 048945 IF THE UNIVERSAL COOKIE PADDLES ARE USED WITH THE NEW BOSCH UNIVERSAL PLUS. This package includes both universal cookie paddles and a metal whip driver to replace the plastic whip driver supplied with the new Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Machines.
