Available in 1 lb. bag, 50 lb. bag, or 45 lb. bucket. Malia's Notes: Prairie Gold is the main grain we use in our house. I use it for all my baking. It makes delicious bread, pie crusts, cookies, muffins, etc. If I had to choose just one grain, this would be it. It is versatile and relatively inexpensive. When I make my bread, I mix approximately 2/3 Prairie Gold and 1/3 Bronze Chief.
